The improvement of the education quality is the most imporant thing to fulfil the idea of Indonesia.To get this condition ist is related to the role of the teachers for they are he keys to make the program successful of every effort to enccourage the quality concernd.It is, therefore, the professsionalism of the teachers concerned must be increased continuously adn one of them is the academic supervision. A headmaster of a school has to be able to apply the exact nd right sup ervision techniques in realizing the education. The tecniques of supervision cover the individual and academic ones. In order to givion of ehe situat the service and aids in developing the situation or nature of learning and teaching well the supervisors can, therefore, apply the right and it is illustration of the behaviour pattern practised in the supervision approach.

Objective Knowing the level of service and the level of customer interest PT.Telekomunikasi Tbk Branch Sangatta and knowing the dominant influence of factors of reliability, responsivenes, assurance, empathy, and tangible to customer satisfaction PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Sangatta branch.The results of the analysis proceed with the discussion that the average rate level of concordance between the service implementation PT. Telkom Tbk Branch Sengata with customer expectations of that X ̿ = 2.89 and Y = 3.83.Most attribute spread in Quadrant C are: provision of service time in accordance with the promise made, speed and accuracy in administrative services, keluangan time employees to respond to customers with precise, sense of security while dealing with staff / employees, employee patience, attention to the customer company, understanding of customer needs and the condition of the human resources company this suggests that some factor less importance for the Customer, its implementation by the management of PT. Telkom Tbk Branch Sengata just plain ordinary. Considered to be less important and less satisfying.PT. Telkom Tbk Branch Sengata have a commitment to excellence in running the service implementation conformance with the plan, the accuracy of the data, the ability of Human Resources, support the leadership of the company to task staff / employees, recency perlaatan and technologies, infrastructures and alignment conditions means the physical facilities with the type of services rendered ,PT. Telkom Tbk Branch Sengata have a weakness in terms of clarity of the submission of information and support services led the company to task staff / employee where the implementation is still not in accordance with customer expectations.

The aim of this resarch is to know the development of the regional on tourism by Erau as a traditional event in Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province in the prespective of the economy. The method of it is by library research which had been done from January to March 2015. The result of it that the tourism can encourage the economy of the region. The econmic point of view is that the tourism can open the labour opportunity for examples : transportation, accomodation and consumption. The transportation consists of local and regional and international. The accomudation can support the business of hotel, cottage and villa. The consumption can share the profit for restaurant, coffee-house and the market.

This research is very simple one because it is the experience of a man who is accustomed to fly .He is Mr.Zainal Mutaqin the high manager in Jawa Post group.The researcher will know the feeling during his travel by AirAsia aircraft where everybody feels afraid of after the flight accident in West Kalimantan on 28 ,December 2014.The method of the research is by library research and the main news is taken from The DailyNewspaper KaltimPost in Samarinda ,East Kalimantan .It takes 2 months research by reading and clipping the daily newspaper concerned.The result of the research is that firstly if someone has much experience in flying he or she does not feel afraid of and groggy as well.For him or her there is no fear of flying.Secondly , he is a real officer . The suggestion is that hi experience must be socialize to the passengers in flight continually.

This study is the qualitative one by Fenology approach which discribes deeper action of the process of IFRS which welknown as the standard of international accounting finance. There are many effects of it will appear by convergency which one of is the profit quality from the finance report and the behaviour of the manager in manipulation of the profit or the smoother word as known the profit average. The study by qualitative approah uses some informants as the human resource in the issue of this convergency. The informants used among are academic level, students, the those who are company managers and the finance managers. After introducing IFRS the level of the profit management becomes lower, the relevance of the value higher the and the aquasition of the loss more exact time, compared with before the transisition PSAK GAAP. Then even the adoption of the IFRS in the first year is worse which is caused by the transisition cost to the IFRS. But the quality of the company finance will improve in the following period

This research is meant to know and analize the performance of the finance of the local goverment , Samarinda , in the year 2013-2014. The tools of the analisis used is racional one which consists of the level of decentralization , the dependence of the local government finance , the self-standing , effectivity of the original government income and local government tax.The result of the research is that the ability of the local government concerned in the realization of decentralization is better if it is seen from the improvement of it. .The level of the dependence of the finance is smaller and smaller and the self-effort is higher though the mobilazation of the receipt of the original income goes down where in 2014 is not effective .The local government in collecting tax is good enough either in 2013 or in 2014.So it can be concluded generally that the performance of the team goes better in 2014

The aim of this research is to know about the role of the politics towards the good governance.The background of it is that the state offIcer has not executed the good governance well in serving the public.The theory of the good governance shows the behaviours namely : cooprative, participative, transparant, accountable,and reliable.The method of the research is library one by finding-out data from the mass-media.The results of the research are that the most of the state oficers are not carrying out the priciples of good governce.The suggestions of the researcher are (1). This aim of this research is to know the role of the regulation of the kids towards the unsuitable treatment.The location of the research is in Samarinda .The method of it is qualiative and library one .It takes three months by taking news from the local daily newspaper , KaltimPost.The results of the research are (1). The name of the child is Johan Rafli Sultansyah Yusuf (13 years old), (2). He is very naughty (3). He is a member of motorcycle gang which makes many trouble in West Balikpapan, (4). He is a trouble maker towards the female, (5). He is lazy to go o school (6). His mother is lost of control she is, therefore, kills his son, (6). The people there are not gving her to see the burrial of her son. The suggestions are (1). A child must be controlled by his or her parents, (2). The parents must be patients, (3). The parents must be full of love towards the chiildren, (4). The parents must care of their chidren’s friends.

The quality of education in schools still showed no improvement of symptoms significantly. Figures failure in national examinations continued in various regions. Schools may have been trying to improve the quality of education, however, probably because the strategies are less effective, then the result is not effective. The school has a lot of limitations to truly improve the quality of education, which include limited time, rigid curriculum, and teachers' limited capabilities. Therefore, it is necessary the effective solution to resolve the issue. Integrating non-formal and formal education in schools is an alternative that should be considered. Non-formal education system with the characteristics and flexible implementation can offer services to contribute to improving the quality of education in schools.
